Dr. Sehorn is a proactive chiropractic profession who is Level 1 certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS). FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to coordination, balance, flexibility, core strength, and proprioception in patients with or without known musculoskeletal injuries.
Using the information provided by the screen, we are able to determine weaknesses in your movement patterns that negatively impact your daily activities, work responsibilities, and personal, collegiate, or professional sports training. Our goal is to then create a customized work out to strengthen these weaknesses in order to prevent future injury while simultaneously improving your performance!
